What is a Virtual Tour?

A Virtual Tour is an online collection of 360° panoramic images and descriptions that guide a prospective buyer through a property. These tours showcase the high points of the properties that you represent, and make the task of selling or renting homes quicker and easier.

Can I have a virtual tour of my vacation rental?

Yes! This is a great way to show your property to potential visitors.

Our vacation unit is occupied quite bit. How will you be able to get the virtual tour photos?

Most of the time we only need around 45 minutes to complete our work inside the property. We have lots of experience getting our work completed between housekeeping and check-in.

Do I need my own web site to display my virtual tours?

You do NOT need your own web site. For rental properties, click here for complete info. For real estate for sale we will automatically place a link to your virtual tour on your MLS web listing page. We will also provide a link to your virtual tour that you can place on any of your other personal web pages.

Will you do virtual tours on other islands?

Yes! We were thinking about going to Fiji for a few weeks. How about we take some shots for you while we're there? Just kidding (sorta!) Yes, we'll shoot tours on any of the Hawaiian Islands. We'll tack on very minimal travel costs. And if you know of other potential virtual tour jobs on other islands, we'll try to coordinate shooting times and split travel costs.

How long does it take to have my virtual tours completed?

Usually your tours will be available for viewing within 72 hours from the time we shoot the pictures.
